Terms and Conditions
Payment Methods / Payment Policy
In 2018 there are two forms of payment available to participants: Check and Paypal. We prefer final payment in check form, as no transaction fees are added, allowing the funds to more fully support the mission of Pacific Spaceflight.
At the time of enrollment confirmation, you will receive a deposit invoice for the educational training through Paypal. Once you have received the invoice you have 48 hours to make a successful deposit of $1000 USD per person. If we do not receive the deposit within the specified time frame your position is able to be released to another potential participant.
30 days before the training you will be notified to pay your remaining balance via Paypal or check.
If you are writing a check please make it out to “Earth and Space Exploration, LLC”. If you request Paypal for your final payment we will email you an official invoice. All costs are in USD.
Price Reduction Offer (as seen on PDF)
The 10% reduction is only applicable to the first five participants who sign up before June 10th 2018. All additional participants after are subject to pay the entire course fare.
In the event that you have verified your enrollment in the training program and have not paid your deposit within the specified time frame your position will be terminated and offered to another participant.
If you have made your initial deposit of $1000 USD there will be a 25% administrative cancellation fee that will kept while the remaining balance will be returned to you. In other words, $250 will be kept and $750 will be returned to you.
If you have made the final payment, the remaining balance after your deposit and you must cancel there will be a 25% administrative fee kept by the organization. However, 14 days before the training all services will be finalized. If you cancel within 14 days, you will be within 100% penalty and not receive any money back.
We recommend, if you are worried about your availability purchase insurance to cover any losses you may incur form a last-minute cancellation. Please contact us if you have any questions on this matter.

A detailed Liability Release and Assumption of Risk agreement will be filled out before the course, so please be prepared to sign if you are planning on participating.
Generally, by attending this training, you are verifying that under your own freewill you have personally accepted all risk and liability incurred for your training. You verify that not you, your family nor anyone will hold Earth and Space Explorations, LLC. or any of its instructors, contractors, or service providers liable for any bodily harm or death. Before you interact with any course objectives you will have successfully signed a liability and assumption of risk release.
If you for any reason you should not be or do not wish to be participating in any activity, at any time, you are free and able to make that decision of your own freewill.
Some activities are contingent on unforeseen factors such as weather (for high flight and aerobatic flights). Earth and Space Exploration as well as Pacific Spaceflight reserve the right to change any policy, condition or detail at any time. If done so they will do everything they can within reason to inform all participants of these changes and accommodate the course needs and expectations.
Safety is our number one priority. The instructors, company, and service providers will always put safety over completion of a task. If any task it deemed unsafe before or during the task for whatever reason i.e. participant inability, action will be taken to mitigate any risk from that point on. This may include restricting the student from participating.
(Example, to be filled out before course in paper form)
